Raw Hair Collection(Pre-Order): 7-14 Business Days (Excluding weekends and holidays)
Ready to Ship Collection(In Stock): 1-2 Business Days (Excluding weekends and holidays)
Please Note :
- Processing time begins once your order has been successfully placed and payment has been verified. Processing and shipping times are separate.
- The Raw Hair Collection consists of pre-order items, while the Ready to Ship Collection consists of in-stock items available for immediate processing.
Shipping Policy
- Shipping method: We ship all orders via USPS Standard
- Domestic (U.S.) Orders: Once your order has been processed it will be shipped via USPS Standard. Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and federal holidays). Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- Billing/Shipping Address: To protect against unauthorized transactions, the billing and shipping address must match. Orders that do not meet this requirement may be canceled or require additional verification before processing.
- Signature Required: A signature is required upon delivery to confirm receipt.
- Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Please Note :
- We are not responsible for any delayed, lost, or stolen packages after they have been shipped. If an issue occurs, please contact USPS directly with your tracking information for assistance.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and quality assurance purposes, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Info@tiffanysdollhouse.co. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item(s) received. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.
Items that have been worn, installed, altered, or tampered with are not eligible for replacement.
